1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the voice AI services (“Service”) provided by SnapCall, Live (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SnapCall, Live provides a Voice AI Agent that interacts with restaurant customers to handle orders, reservations, and customer inquiries, and may facilitate follow-up communication via SMS text messages.
3. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
This section governs the sending and receiving of text messages between your customers and SnapCall, Live’s Voice AI Agent service.
3.1. Express Consent and Informational Messaging
You understand and agree that by interacting with our Voice AI Agent and providing express consent during the call, you are opting-in to receive informational text messages from us. These text messages are non-promotional and are sent solely for the purpose of communicating essential information related to your interaction, including:
- Order Status updates.
- Order Payment Links.
- Directions or other relevant logistical information about the restaurant.
You acknowledge that text messages may be sent. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile phone carrier’s plan.
3.2. Opt-In Confirmation
Following your express consent, the first text message you receive will serve as an Opt-In Confirmation. This initial message will clearly state that you have successfully opted-in and will include instructions on how to opt-out of future messages.
3.3. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time via text message. To stop receiving all future informational text messages, reply to any message with the word STOP. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific program.
3.4. Customer Support Questions

4. General Terms
SnapCall, Live reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
SnapCall, Live and its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or content providers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
